Design services - We start with a meeting on site to better understand your needs, evaluate the existing conditions and discuss your ideas. From there, we prepare schematic design sketches and renderings to illustrate your design possibilities. We'll create floor plans, elevations, and other drawings as necessary to convey the proposed designs.

Construction documents - Once we have a final design, we prepare a comprehensive set of architectural drawings for building permit. These drawings include plans, elevations, and details required for a building permit. We also coordinate with other project consultants and take care of the administrative aspects of a project submittal.

Construction administration - We offer our expertise and services during construction. This includes coordination of your interior design choices, communication with the contractor on technical details, and site meetings to ensure the design is being executed per your wishes.
